Enterprise software industry is quite closed, and doesn't like to share expertise. Well, except for reports about "successful success" =). But it's complications and fails that give you most knowledge on your way. We intend to share all kind of cases and ideas, even when we actually failed.

We hate articles without details, like "we are the first ones to implement X and how it helped clinic to increase everything by 500%". If you are telling a story about the case, you should provide some "meat" - screenshots, description how it works, horrific stories about implementation process.

It's not a peer-reviewed medical paper

And we are not afraid to call f*ck up it's real name=) Academic articles are about as hard to read, as "successful success" stories are useless. Yes, healthcare IT and CRMs can be fun, and the posts may be interesting to read.

And yes, we are not a lama!
